You have a choice of a 2 or 3 bedroom cottage, most with an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. Each cottage has an open plan layout, and provide an affordable, but extremely comfortable holiday experience; perfect for those who want to explore both the park surroundings and the local area.
With only a minimum 3 night stay requirement, it gives you the flexibility to tailor make your break to suit your availability.

We are pleased to announce dogs are now allowed in Swan, Swift & Teal lodges and Cottages 1 & 2.
Dogs are strictly not permitted in any other accommodation.
If you wish to bring your dog /dogs with you, this must be approved at the time of booking.
It is necessary to impose rules and restrictions relating to dogs, which are non-negotiable. Not all guests on the park will be dog lovers and we are also keep up to 20 horses on the park. Guests staying on the park remain fully accountable and responsible for their dog’s behaviour during their stay.
The basic rules are:
- Dogs must be approved strictly at the time of booking there can be no variations thereafter this is to avoid any confusion.
- All dogs must remain on a lead and under control whilst on site, at all times. If a dog is found roaming the park freely, the local dog warden may be called.
- Owners are fully accountable and held responsible for their dogs’ behaviour.
- Any dog fouling must be cleaned up immediately. Dog bins are provided around the park. Offenders who are caught not picking up after their dog will be fined £40 and may be required to remove their pet from the park.
- Each pet friendly lodge / cottage has a strict maximum of 2 dogs.
- Most dogs are welcome however, the following breeds are not permitted on park: American Pit-bull Terrier, Japanese Akita, Wolfhound Hybrid, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, French Bull Mastiff, Doberman, German Shepherd, Alsatian or XL Bully.
- Excluding guide dogs, no dog is allowed into the Landmark Café & Restaurant building.
- Permission to keep your dog on park may be immediately withdrawn if the animal is a nuisance.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in you being asked to leave the park were no refund would be given.
Charges.
Lodges:
£25 per dog for 3 / 4 night stays
£50 per dog for 7 night stays
Cottages:
£25 per dog for 2 – 4 night stays
£50 per dog for 5+ night stays
Damage deposit – the standard damage deposit of £100 will be increased to £150 when dogs in residence. Any damage to a lodge or cottage or marked bedding will result in the loss of the deposit.
