Willow Lakes has teamed up with Fractional Park Solutions to make holiday lodge ownership even more affordable.
What is fractional ownership & how does it work?
Fractional ownership is essentially partial ownership of a lodge, allowing 4 otherwise unconnected buyers to collectively share ownership of a specific lodge.
Each fractional owner (per quarter) is allocated 13 weeks exclusive use of the property per year on a rotational basis.
What are the benefits of fractional ownership?
- You have extended use of a luxury holiday home for a fraction of the price you would normally pay if you bought it outright because you share the costs
- You have an asset that may grow in value and that can be sold or handed down to your children
- All buying costs are included in the purchase price
- You do not have to pay all the year-round running costs of owning a lodge outright only a proportion of the cost
- The property will be managed and maintained on your behalf
OUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Lawrence Marsh and his partner Jo Hardy have been operating Willow Lakes since January 2020. They have developed Willow Lakes into the dynamic and diverse business that it is today, with the completion of the first phase of lakeside & woodland lodges and most recently, the development and opening of Landmark Café & Restaurant, which has exceeded everyone’s expectations and has become the ‘go to’ destination serving over 100,000 customers a year.
The park remains unspoilt, and every effort is made to ensure that any development does not directly impact the natural beauty of this incredible countryside location. That ethos remains and any further development will follow the same disciplines.

Contact Kevin on the details below to start your journey to holiday lodge ownership.
He will be happy to arrange for you to have a tour of the park and view the available lodges.
There is even a fractional finance facility available for up to 90% of the fraction price, secured on the fractional purchase (subject to status)
Why not book a ‘try before you buy’ stay with us for a few days to really get a feel for the place and appreciate all that Willow Lakes has to offer. If you proceed to purchase either outright or on fractional ownership, we will refund the cost of the short break once the purchase has been completed. What could be fairer?
